Our real estate journey with Stephanie Alexander-Jones started quite serendipitously. My partner and I were interested in viewing a particular home in our neighbourhood but did not yet have a real estate agent. After an inquiry on realtor.ca, we were contacted by Stephanie. After a conversation on the phone, she graciously offered to show us the house the very next day, which was a statutory holiday. We were immediately impressed with her work ethic. Though we decided not to put an offer in on the house, the experience flourished into a great relationship with our realtor and our new friend, Stephanie. Stephanie’s responsiveness, persistency to the sale and creativity as a real estate agent is truly unparalleled. Stephanie managed to get us in to see the house we purchased before it went officially to market.
